Henrique Leivas Sloper De Araujo Camocim is at the forefront of Brazil’s organic and biodynamic farming movement. Henrique and Camocim are internationally renowned for their beautiful coffees. In 2017, Fazenda Camocim was awarded 1st place in Brazil’s prestigious Cup of Excellence coffee competition.
Camocim Biodynamic is stunning prepared as espresso, and is lovely brewed as a pour-over, Chemex, French press, syphon, or AeroPress.

As someone who never loved really dark coffee or really light roast coffee, this bean is just right for me and my espresso machine. Smooth, chocolate satiny cream finish every time. It's great as espresso or my favorite - Americano with some steamed milk. I lived in SF for 8 years, and this has been my go-to bean. My family and I just moved to CT and cannot part with linea - we bought and shipped the 5 lb bag to the east coast. I am so comforted by the fact I still have linea brewing in my kitchen to start my day!
