Available Position

Dolores Park 3690 18th Street | Full Time Barista

Linea Caffe is hiring for a full-time barista at both our new Dolores Park location, slated to open late summer 2026.

The applicant should be able to meet our following criteria

Experienced barista with a minimum three years high-paced cafe experience, able to dial in espresso and other brew methods, steam milk, pour latte art, and discuss coffee with our customers to Linea standards
Able to maintain a clean workspace
Dedicated to providing each guest a positive experience. Our hope is for guests to leave happier than when they arrived.
Able to be a compassionate team member
Possesses a true curiosity and enthusiasm for coffee and other goods sold by the cafe
Strong time management skills and initiative in the workplace
Physically able to lift 30lbs and push/pull 50lbs
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (6+ hours)
Must be be able to crouch, bend, and navigate the cafe floor, and climb ladders/stairs when needed

Weekend availability

The position requires availability for regularly scheduled shifts on Saturday or Sunday, if not both weekend days.

Full-time

The position requires 28-35 hours per week, with 2 days off per week. Pay begins at $22 per hour, plus tips. Linea health care benefits are offered after 30 days of employment.
