We roast on Tuesday & Thursday and ship within 24 hours of roasting.
Local pickup orders placed Tuesday–Wednesday are ready Thursday after 2 pm; orders placed Thursday–Monday are ready Tuesday after 2 pm.
We ship anywhere in the United States via United States Postal Service Priority Mail; your order will usually arrive in 2-4 days.
