About this Espresso
This is an espresso that is unforgettably sweet, clean and balanced. Linea’s Organic Reserve blend is an homage to classic Northern Italian espresso. It’s magnificent when blended with steamed milk as a cappuccino or macchiato. Lovely prepared as French Press, Chemex, syphon, AeroPress or pour-over.

- Dose: 19 grams (double basket)
- Going ristretto style is important. Not super ristretto – but very ristretto compared to current norms.

Since we discovered Linea when our son moved to Potrero Hill is SF 5 years ago, Linea Reserve Espresso beans are all we use when making espresso. We have it shipped to our home in Illinois. It grinds wonderfully. Has a smooth taste – not bitter. The flavor holds up in a cappuccino or a latte. Looking forward to trying the A4 Espresso next for a comparison.
