Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping

We roast on Tuesday & Thursday and ship within 24 hours of roasting. Local pickup orders placed Tuesday–Wednesday are ready Thursday after 2 pm; orders placed Thursday–Monday are ready Tuesday after 2 pm.

We ship anywhere in the United States via United States Postal Service Priority Mail; your order will usually arrive in 2-4 days.

Returns & Refunds

We want every order from Linea Caffe to arrive in beautiful condition and to be exactly what you were hoping for. If something is not right, please let us know — we are happy to help.

Coffee & Perishable Goods

Please let us know immediately if there is a problem with the coffee you received by contacting us at orders@lineacaffe.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or contains the wrong product, please email us at orders@lineacaffe.com within 7 days of delivery. Including your order number and a photo of the issue helps us resolve it quickly.

We will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at orders@lineacaffe.com. We will work with USPS to locate it and, if needed, send a replacement.

Subscriptions

You may suspend, reschedule, or cancel your coffee subscription at any time from your account at lineacaffe.com/my-account. You are also welcome to email orders@lineacaffe.com and we will make the change for you.

Please make any changes at least 24 hours before your next scheduled roast date. Once an order has been roasted and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Merchandise & Gear

Unworn, unused merchandise — mugs, apparel, and accessories — may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To start a return, please email orders@lineacaffe.com with your order number.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error, in which case we will cover it.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
