Dark Star
From: $32.00
Bittersweet chocolate, Bing cherry, Mandarin orange
“Dark Star” was written by Grateful Dead lyricist Robert Hunter and guitarist Jerry Garcia during a 1967 band rehearsal. Inspired by the imagery in T.S. Eliot’s poem “The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock,” Dark Star was first released as a single and later appeared in now-legendary form on the Dead’s Live/Dead album, recorded February 27,1969 at San Francisco’s Fillmore West.
Linea’s Dark Star is a robust, dynamic, elegant, sweetness-forward offering meant to be as satisfying as it is cosmic. A superb choice for our friends seeking a more developed roast profile.
