“You can’t pull a shot in this town without inciting skirmishes over who does it best, but Linea Caffe pulls no punches when it comes to delivering peerless espresso. Co-owner and coffee legend Andrew Barnett’s version sports a sweet, eminently drinkable flavor profile laced with notes of caramel. Made from the café’s own micro-batch-roasted beans, it goes down nice and smooth, as does the refreshingly unpretentious customer service.”

— Linea Caffe Voted
BEST ESPRESSO by
San Francisco Magazine

Since its inception in September 2013, Linea has grown a loyal and devoted following of coffee and espresso lovers. Linea coffees are renowned for their inherent sweetness, balance, and approachability. Few, if any coffees anywhere offer such a broad appeal. Linea has received enormous media attention and was awarded the BEST ESPRESSO by San Francisco Magazine.

Since 2000, Linea founder Andrew Barnett has been at the vanguard of the third wave coffee movement, directly sourcing coffees from the world’s most quality focused coffee producers and farms. One of Barnett’s favorite coffee farms anywhere is Brazil’s FAF (Fazenda Ambiental Forteleza). FAF and its owners, the Croce family are at the forefront of Brazil’s organic and sustainable farming movement. Barnett says that FAF’s focus on preserving the environment and producing delicious tasting coffees perfectly align with Linea’s values.
