Peru Biodynamic Villa Rica
Since 2006, Dagoberto Marin Ludeña and his family have been producing biodynamic coffees at La Chacra D’ Dago Farm. Biodynamic agriculture views the farm as a whole living organism whose health is a matter of balance achieved through specific planting and harvest cycles that follow lunar movements. Coffees from Chacra D’ Dago are elegantly sweet, syrupy, bright, and complex.
