In the mountains of Santa Barbara, Honduras, third-generation coffee farmer Heyvis Sagastume Enamorado grows some of the most beloved certified organic coffees in Central America. This 100% Parainema microlot is processed at the famed San Vicente washing station and is a stunning example of the beautifully complex coffees grown in Santa Barbara.
