Guatemala Finca El Pintado Reserve

El Pintado is a 400-year-old farm that transitioned to growing coffee in the 1940’s. In the year 2000, the decision was made to transition to organic farming because of concerns for the physical effects on their employees and the environment. El Pintado is the only certified organic farm in Antigua. There is a very healthy mix of shade, fruit, and bird-friendly trees on the farm. Antigua’s rich volcanic soil and cool weather provide perfect conditions for producing some of the world’s finest coffees. This lot is 100% bourbon and represents the best coffee cherry picking in all of Antigua. 
Flavor Notes

Vanilla, nougat, sugarcane, orange blossom, sweet tropical lime. Caramel-noted finish.
